Cancellation
The account holder must send cancellation requests to disconnect@australiaonline.net.au or by mail to the address below.
Cancellations take affect at the end of the billing period in which they are notified, which is often the end of the calendar month. Cancellations need to include the Account Holder's name and either an account username or account email address. As proof of identity a username and password from the account or any 3 of the following :-
- last 4 digits of the credit card used for payment.
- Birth month/year of the account holder.
- One of usernames on the account.
- Phone number of an ADSL service on the account.
- Phone number from which you dialup to the Internet.
To ensure cancellations are received and actioned they must be notified either :-
- By email to disconnect@australiaonline.net.au, a confirmation number is then provided to you.
